A man has been accused of surprising following drivers with a "high-beam revenge decal."
The driver, 32, bought the high-beam reflective sticker at an online shopping mall and fixed it to his car's rear window to surprise drivers of following cars who flashed their lights at him. The decal features eerie shapes of ghosts that appear when exposed to high-beam lights.
He purchased the "revenge sticker" in October and used it for 10 months, during which many drivers were "terrified" by the sudden appearance of "ghosts," police said.
They caught him early this month for a violation of the Road Traffic Act that covers acts that surprise or affect other drivers.
